New Children's Book Author

Not only is this my cousin...but she is an excellent mother of twins, a school teacher of honors and a very kind person. She resides in New Jersey with her wonderful husband and two beautiful children.

Product Description:
Isreal (Izzy) and his sister Julia (JuJu) are 3 year old twins who live with their mommy and daddy in the Southward of the great city of Newark, New Jersey. They love going on various adventures around the house, throughout the city, surrounding states and countries. On one such adventure Izzy and JuJu discovered that they have special powers. They can talk to living things! JuJu can talk with animals, while Izzy talks to insects. This leads to a very interesting life for these two.

About the Author:
Dr. Andrea Blake-Garrett holds New Jersey Certification as a Teacher of Biological Sciences, Supervisor, Principal and School Administrator (CE). She has earned her Masters of Arts in Teaching and Masters of Arts in Administration and Supervision degrees, from Montclair State University and doctorate from Seton Hall University. Dr. Blake-Garrett's research interests include the affects of Urban School Reform on student performance, promoting effective science education in Urban School Districts, developing effective science teachers. She has worked as Urban science educator / administrator for the public schools in East Orange,Newark, and Jersey City. Serving in field of science education since for over 12 years, Dr. Blake-Garrett also serves as education consultant, providing professional development and curriculum development services. She is also a motivational speaker working with students nationally.

I discovered a strange coincedence, book covers that are similar or using the same artwork. Is it that there are just so many books and not enough unique ideas? Like the old school music remixed with the new music today. Is it better to have one attention getting cover idea recycled continuously than have a hideous cover? Life After Whitney Houston

As I was listening to the Tom Joyner Morning Show this morning in the car, an interview with Cissy Houston. A question was asked of her whether she knew that BeBe Winans also wrote a book on his relationship with Whitney and had she given permission to pen this book. Cissy replied that she was aware of the books release and that she firmly said "No", "I did not give him permission to write the book". In her words, she states that it was just "HIS side of the story", being that he was a friend of Whitney's. I'm certain that from now to eternity, we will hear all versions of her life's downfall from grace from very many sources. The question is, "Who's account of Whitney's trials, tribulations and triumphs are you most likely to believe?".
